Family Health Centers San Diego

Clinic, school, and home-based services offered include individual, couples, family, and group counseling for all age groups; psychiatric care; psychological testing/assessments. More info here.

San Diego LGBT Community Center

 

Services offered include individual, couple/family, and group counseling. Counseling services are available to the LGBTQ+ community including those struggling with same-gender/genderqueer relationship violence; transgender and nonbinary persons who need assistance with transition or exploring their gender identity; and individuals, couples & families living with HIV/AIDS. North County LGBT Resource Center

 

Services offered include individual/couple/family therapy, a 12-Step NA Program, name and gender marker clinics, HIV prevention and care, and more.  More info here.

Trans Family Support Services

Help guide transgender/non-binary youth and their families through the gender transitioning process to help make it the most positive experience possible. They provide family coaching, assistance with healthcare and insurance issues, help navigating the legal system, and support at schools. All services are provided at no fee. More info here.

NAMI San Diego Warm Line

The Warmline is a non-crisis phone service. The Warmline provides callers with information, referrals, support, and empathy. This service has become a valuable tool for individuals in the community who may be isolated or struggling with the symptoms of mental illness to seek comfort, coping skills, and the reassurance that they are being heard by someone who has “been there-done that.” More info here.
