Birth and Postpartum Doula Services

• 3 antepartum/prenatal visits (2hrs each) to get to know one another, discuss logistics, and prepare for birth
• "On-Call" time from 36 weeks until the baby arrives
• Referrals and community resource list
• Physical and emotional support during birth
• 1 postpartum (4hrs) visit to check in and offer whatever support is desired

• Emotional support
• Household support such as light cleaning and assistance with laundry, dishes, & pets
• Baby care and feeding support
• Nourishing vegan & vegetarian meal prep, as well as a postpartum recipe list
• Referrals for IBCLCs, parent support groups, holistic care providers, mental health professionals, etc. as needed

I have a 4-hour minimum as it can be difficult to support clients in a meaningful way in shorter time windows (a proper nap if desired, a couple loads of laundry/dishes, etc.). My typical availability is Mondays-Fridays 8am-6pm, though I may consider requests for assistance outside of my regular hours on a case-by-case basis. Overnights are an extra $5/hour with a minimum of 8hrs.

• Focused on building confidence in practicing interpersonal skills such as consent and communicating boundaries, with the opportunity to connect and cuddle with folks in your community. Queer/Trans community-centered, allies welcome.
